Every feature has its own version number (starting at 1.0), tracked in the Ver column below — this table is the authoritative source of truth for feature versions, not the individual feature files themselves (files may lag until synced; the table is always current). When a feature's Write payload changes in a way that matters to someone who already installed it, its version bumps here — minor (1.0 → 1.1) for wording/fixes, major (1.0 → 2.0) for a real behavior change. This is what makes reconciliation possible: a project that recorded "installed FTR-07 at v1.0" can compare that against whatever version is listed here now.
