Install-everything order corrected to respect hard dependencies (FTR-36 now before FTR-13 and FTR-14; FTR-38 after FTR-07 and FTR-08); the build now also fails if that page omits a feature or lists one before something it needs. No feature text or version changed.

Complete dependency map: every hard (needs first) and soft (uses if installed) edge is now in the deps table with a reason; both directions are rendered as JSON arrays (depends_on, required_by) in id/FTR-NN.json and catalog.json; new data/dependencies.md and data/dependencies.json with a valid install order; skills and pages show needs-first, works-better-with and needed-by; the build now fails if the table and a feature's declared depends_on disagree. Fixes ten features that showed no dependencies. No feature text or version changed.
